Poor Service

I used Pharmacy2U recently and they sent my prescription order to someone else's address. They said they wouldn't refund me or send me the product and I was to try and contact the person at the address it was sent to (over 45mins away). Extremely disappointed in the level of service and don't recommend using them.

I have been using Pharmacy2U for many years as it is very painful for me to go to a chemist and return later to collect my repeat prescription. I can highly recommend them as after registering with them, all I have to do is request a repeat prescription online. After they have verified my request with my GP's surgery the tablets arrive by registered post within 48 hours. They are genuine and reliable and they have never let me down. I thoroughly recommend them.

...why hasn't anyone else recommended - it is excellent! I'm not quite sure how I came across it but I have a feeling I am getting myself known as a shopaholic, so spam e-mailers are getting to know me very well! Anyway, back to the site....I first registered (possibly to get extra points somewhere!) about a month ago, had a quick look and didn't return...until last week. I was on the hunt for some cheap perfumes - my old favourite ...
...I saw a banner for and noticed that it said 25% off first order...I was there! Having already registered I wondered if I would still get 25% off my first order (even though I hadn't ordered anything before). So I registered under another e-mail address (very naughty I agree but I was after my 25%!). It was accepted anyway so I went off to do a bit of retail therapy! This site has so much to offer. is so much more ...

on July 19, 2010 is a superb site selling a massive range of vitamins, minerals, supplements, over the counter medicines, and health and beauty products. It also gives sound advice from healthcare professionals on thousands of health issues and treatments. The site itself is quick to load and very easy to navigate. Products are grouped into easy to follow categories, including vitamins, minerals and supplements, joint care, personal care, fragrance, ...
...cystitis, piles and the like. If you're the kind of person who gets embarrassed asking for these things in a shop, this is definetely the site for you. Ordering is very simple and transactions are secure. If you're ordering a medicine, you have to answer a few questions to make sure you're buying the right product for the right problem. Presumably if you weren't, they would not sell you the product and would advise you to visit your doctor. If your ...

What do I think of Internet shopping? Personally? …..I love it! I have just found a site called Pharmacy2u courtesy of Egg, I have written about Egg before but failed to mentioned the discounts you can get all over the place! You don't even have to have an account there! So there I was checking out my ISA and I noticed 40% off Clarins and Clinique - How lovely! This was the most fantastic timing as I was reading my Cosmo mag about ...
...cleansing and toning is really good for your skin, I was always a bit dubious and have never really bothered. So here was my chance to get a cleanser and toner from a well know brand and get a massive 40% off, needless to say I didn't hang around much longer at Egg! I got to Pharmacy2U site and found that it was very easy to register you just give your name and address details, a password and a few phone numbers. Then you are ready to shop ...

I have to confess I hadn't heard of Pharmacy2U, whose website address is until right before placing my order, but a quick look at their site suggests that they have been around for 10 years, which is pretty long time in internet terms!

Knowing that the company had been around a while was pleasing to me because I have to confess the idea of an online pharmacy did worry me a little. Even though I wasn't actually buying anything which needed a pharmacy to dispense it, I felt I wanted to have a look around the site to see how it seemed - probably because of all that horrible spam for what seem like dubious companies trying to sell drugs!

My experience with Pharmacy2U has changed my view in that respect however. While, as I mentioned above, the product I was buying was not a pharmacy dispensed product, my experience of the site would make me happy to shop there again, if I was ordering some sort of medication.

I was actually purchasing a moisturising lotion by Cetaphil (which is a sensitive, non clogging moisturiser suitable for people with acne, eczema and various other skin issues). I won't go on about it, as this is not a review of that product, but I wasn't sure where I would be able to find a stockist for it. I live in London, and don't doubt that there would be places which stock it, but a quick search on the internet for local stockists didn't show anything up. I did however find it on a number of online sites, Pharmacy2U being one of them. It offered a competitive price which included postage.

As I said, before purchasing I had a quick look around the site. I found it really easy to navigate, easy on the eye, and the information was clear. It showed that postage was always included in the price (expect when the product weighs more than 2kg - they offer lots of things in bulk - or for some private prescriptions). This really appealed to me, when shopping online I don't want to end up paying more than on the high street/in a local shop because of the p&p.

So I placed the order, with the minimum of fuss. And I had my product (if I remember correctly), three days later. This is very good for included postage - they estimate 3-5 working days! I have had a look at their site, and for prescriptions/medicated orders someone has to sign for the package - this is another reassuring point as far as I am concerned.

I would trust this site again, for the whole range of products, a real plus point being that, if I am not mistaken, the parcel is unmarked, so if there are items you might be embarrassed to buy in a shop, you can have them delivered with privacy!

I ordered some items and entered my card details, however I put in the wrong expiry date. Instead of the card being rejected the payment seemed to go through, however after my order hadn't arrived after a week I sent an email asking why. I got no response. When I emailed again after another week I was told of the problem with card and had to give my details again. On most sites if you make a mistake with your card details it tells you straight away which is much better. Also, it would have been nice to have received a phone call to let me know the problem.

I was very excited when first discovering Pharmacy2u as they had a wonderful offer on Braun toothbrushes (which can be expensive) - buy 4 x 4 packs for half price. Total cost was ВЈ30.00. So I ordered and passed on credit card details etc.

Unfortunately the next day I was told I could not have my order as the toothbrushes were now in packs of three.

I though quite reasonably that they would therefore offer 4 x 3 with 50% off. No such luck. I was lectured on the law entitling retailers to refuse 'an offer to treat' and offered a small discount. The whole emphasis was on the retailer and no thought was being given to the customer. So I went to Boots instead and will not be darkening the portals of again.

I've order from here twice. The product I wanted wasn't available from high street stores like Boots or Superdrug, so I tried this site and found it (as well as many products like it)!
I had been prescribed this product from my G.P, so realising I could buy it online without the hassle of prescriptions etc was great. The product was cheaper than prescription price and arrived the next day - what more could I ask for?

Good value prices as well as frequent sales and offers. The website is very easy to use and contains a reasonable range of products.
This site will be of use to everyone as it's just as it says - a Pharmacy to you.

With the long hot Summer days and hoards of shoppers buying every suncare lotion ever marketed and the never ending queues for hay fever remedies.. I decided to stay away from the aisles of the High Street pharmacy's and do my shopping online in the quietness and convenience of my own home! And in the process I was pleasantly surprised by both the phenomenal savings made on price up to 45% off on some fragrances/ skincare and the speed of delivery ...
