I ordered and received viagra from Rx,but they were very weak.Victor promised a refund OVER two weeks ago and so far it hasn't arrived.Now they are avoiding me. Who regulates this company? Anyone know?

Placed first order, all was okay, took about 2 weeks to get product. Place second order with the 10% discount and cannot get a response about the order. The website states that there is a 2 hour reply time during work hours and a response the next business during off hours. I place my order 23 days ago, have sent 5 emails and still cannot get a reply. I cant even get a response to cancel my order. I am sure that as soon as I place an order from another online pharmacy, they will then wake up and process my order.

This review is after placing and receiving my first order with this company. Very good customer service, and I received first class medications. Delivery time was within the time frame expected. The customer service department was very quick to respond to my questions regarding my order. I will definitely be placing future orders with them.
