ASTERMEDS.com is A SCAM website

1/28/2013 - DO NOT order from Astermeds.com. I placed an order on 1/15/2013 by telephone and was told that a confirmation email would be sent as soon as payment went through. I called on 1/18/2013 and was told that my order has been sent to shipping and an email with tracking # would be sent in two days when order shipped. On 1/22/2013, no email so called and called and called... no answer to this date. Apparently, my # is flagged and they will not answer my calls anymore. I emailed customer service through their website and asked them to call me because I am believing that I am being scammed. Still nothing. They got $137 out of me too.

On 10-11-2012 I placed an order and sent a $137.00 payment. I received the following confirmation email on 10.16.2012;

Clifton, we would like to inform you that your order has been shipped successfully and the following are the tracking details

It is now 11-4-2012, I have received my order or a refund. Its 9 days later, no order, and no refund.

This is the message Brian sent to me after I placed my order:

Received a mail that stated my order was a success.

I received another email stating My Payment was your payment was accepted.

How could I get these messages if my payment wasn't accepted?
One thing is unclear though. If you were not able to receive my payment, where did that tracking number come from? I didn't think you could have gotten the tracking number until you shipped it. I know that tracking number is issued by the postal service once someone tries to ship an item. So, if you weren't able to relieve my payment, how could you have sent me the tracking number! I'm pretty weary (worried) at this point because I checked with the

The United Postal Services and they told me that a tracking number would not be issued by them until the item was being shipped. I know you would not have shipped it out until my money was received. After checking with the postal service, I do not understand how this came about unless you had received my payment (money) and you tried shipping it.

I have waited, ask for help, sent my money and have received nothing. First, your payment accepted, next your order has been shipped and an order number and tracking number sent to me.
After all, astermeds now is saying after they told me my payment was received and my order was shipped, that they could not receive my money, yet they said I would get a refund. How if they didn't receive it. I can't get any help and have had my money stolen, receive conflicting emails. I was told in the last message to go to my bank and dispute the change and I would get my money. They say that what other past customer do, admitting this is a problem.
I am only requesting from aster meds to send what I paid for, yet I am being jerked around.
I have turned this over along with all these incriminating emails to my bank and the bank's legal advisor. They suggested that I contact consumer protection agency which I have done. Until I receive my order or a refund, I will post all information and emails from this point forward until the issues are resolved. I sent aster meds an email about this and told them I would take it no further if they would send what I paid them for and resolve this problem. I waited all weekend and told the bank that if nothing was correct over these last 2 days, to start procedures to take the necessary actions to get this resolved starting this coming Monday. I will confirm these plans with the bank and will post and keep this update as it continues. It would be so simple and accepted if they would only send my order. I will update this review daily; maybe it will save others from becoming a victim as I am.
